The imitation ivory handle feels surprisingly weighty and classy in the hand, and the badger knot holds water like a champ. Lathers up thick in under a minute, and my face feels noticeably smoother after the shave.

First proper shave with it this morning and the imitation ivory handle feels beautifully weighted in the hand. The knot whipped up a thick, creamy lather in seconds and left my face surprisingly smooth without any irritation. Money well spent.

The knot is denser than my old brush, so it whips up a lather in half the time and the 8cm height makes it perfect for travel. Stubble lifts noticeably easier now, and that handmade English quality shows in every bristle.
