Victoriaanse keramische mok in rood

The red glaze on this bowl is stunning in person, way richer than the photos suggest, and it holds just the right amount of warm water to whip up a thick, cushiony lather. It’s a solid, hefty piece that feels like it’ll last forever, and it’s become a nice little ritual to start my mornings with.

The ceramic bowl is deep enough that my brush doesn’t spray lather everywhere, and the red glaze has held up perfectly after weeks of daily use. Loading soap takes half the time it used to, and the lather stays warm longer than in my old plastic mug.

The glossy red finish looks even better in person, and the bowl’s weight feels substantial when I’m swirling my brush to build lather. It holds the soap snugly without slipping, and cleanup is a quick rinse.
